If you need things to do while you’re in Green Bay for the 2025 NFL draft, the starting quarterback of the Green Bay Packers has a suggestion or two.
Jordan Love made an appearance on the “Up & Adams Show with Kay Adams” on Friday from Super Bowl LIX Radio Row in New Orleans. Adams asked Love what he thinks is the No. 1 tourist attraction for fans coming to Green Bay for the draft. He gave an answer that many Wisconsinites can probably agree with.
“Everybody’s gonna want to try cheese curds. They’re gonna want to be around Lambeau, go to the Pro Shop… Titletown,” Love said. “It’s not gonna be snowing so I don’t know if they can do any snow activities.” It’s too early to predict the weather situation in April. Last year, Green Bay saw highs of 49, 49 and 60 on April 24-26.
Adams followed up with a question regarding Green Bay’s best kept secret eatery, to which Love quickly responded with the Italian restaurant, Angelina restaurant at 117 N. Adams St., in downtown Green Bay. Love is very familiar with the establishment, as he called it his favorite Green Bay restaurant before in an interview with Bleacher Report.
Love even has a pasta named after him at the restaurant, the Tortellacci al Pollo, which is also known as the “Pasta of Love.”
“It’s just a chicken pasta. It’s pretty basic, but it’s good,” he said.
The restaurant is owned by Eddie Boyce, who has created a close friendship with Love over the past few years. In November, Love and his teammate Malik Willis teamed up with Boyce to distribute coats to families in need, a partnership with Boyce’s Better Days Mentoring LLC, and Love’s Hand of 10ve Foundation.
Love also mentioned the ice skating rink in Titletown, though he admitted he doesn’t ice skate, as he doesn’t want to risk getting hurt.
He also confirmed that he is not living in Aaron Rodgers Green Bay area home, after Rodgers jokingly offered Love the home when he signed his contract extension with the Packers.
Adams suggested that Rodgers home should be rented out as the “draft house” during the 2025 NFL Draft, saying that the home is “pretty expensive.” “I think everything is pretty expensive out there,” Love responded.
