FOSTORIA, Ohio (WTVG) – The Ohio Investigative Unit has announced they have uncovered an illegal gambling operation in a Fostoria bar.
According to OIU, agents from the Toledo District executed a search warrant at Smokehouse Bar in Fostoria. An investigation found multiple violations including selling illegal Instant Bingo tickets and operating electronic video gambling devices that paid prizes in cash.

OIU says Toledo district office agents will present criminal charges for fourth-degree and fifth-degree felony gambling offenses to a Seneca County Grand Jury for review.
