NYPD releases new video showing person dropping off baby inside shopping bag outside Longwood home
Police have released new footage of a person they say abandoned a baby girl inside a shopping bag outside a Longwood doorstep.
The video shows a person carrying a green reusable bag with a bundle of white blankets inside. Police say they are searching for the person in the video in connection to the discovery of the abandoned baby.

Police tell News 12 the child was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. At this time no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
