The Office of Administrative Trials and Hearings (OATH) is currently hiring for several roles, including customer service representative. Candidates will answer inquiries about summonses, hearings and fines over the phone or via email. A high school diploma is required for consideration, as is a minimum of three years’ experience in “community centered activities.” Salary range for this position is between $43,143 and $49,615.
OATH is also hiring program associates who will perform targeted outreach to customers who have difficulty certifying the correction of an open summons. Some college credits are necessary for this position, which carries a salary between $51,816 and $59,588 annually.
