Welcome to Sleeper Picks. Sleeper’s newest offering promised plenty of entertainment and action, and they delivered. We will break down our top three picks for this week’s NFL action. Sleeper is quickly becoming one of the most popular season-long fantasy platforms, and they are expanding into other areas based on demand. Each week in this space, we’ll talk about some strategy for the new platform while providing our favorite NFL more/less picks.
2024 Season record: 21-12
After being in the 79-90 range for most of the season, the 65.5 has some appeal, especially when we consider Lamb managed 93 receiving yards against the Houston Texans despite squaring off against Derek Stingley for much of the game and having the uninspiring Cooper Rush under center. Lamb should see the target volume to hit this number and will likely only need four to five receptions to hit this number. Light up the More on Lamb for Week 12 at Sleeper Picks.
Pick: More
The 49.5 alt line was the initial lean, but just like last week, we will be rolling with the higher probability play as opposed to chasing a slight multiplier increase. Bowers has been as good as advertised for the Raiders, something that is all the more impressive when one considers who he has Ben catching passes from. Bowers went off for 126 receiving yards in Week 11 and has now recorded 40 or more receiving yards in nine of his 10 contests. Bump the More on Bowers for Week 12 at Sleeper Picks.
Pick: More
This is a run, don’t walk play. The Seahawks have finally, mercifully realized that they have two number one receivers and are acting accordingly. JSN went bonkers in Week 9 with seven receptions, 180 receiving yards, and two touchdowns and followed it up with 10 receptions for 110 receiving yards. He has proven he can still produce at an elite level with DK Metcalf in the lineup, and it is only a matter of time before this total is regularly in the 70 range. Jab the More on the emerging superstar for Week 12 at Sleeper Picks.
Pick: More
Writers note: The lines are constantly changing on Sleeper, so there is a high probability that one or all of the numbers may no longer be the same when you open your app. There are excellent values when they are first posted, with the only catch being that they are not all released at the same time. Vigilance could provide a solid return on investment this season, literally.
