LELAND, N.C. (WECT) – A new shopping center has been proposed in Leland.
A new site-specific plan posted by the Town of Leland shows ‘Shoppes at Savannah Branch’, a 50,325-square-foot grocery store and three other shop buildings.
‘Shop 1′ would be 16,560 square feet while ‘Shop 2′ and ‘Shop 3′ would be 8,400 and 8,600 square feet respectively.
The names of the shops and the store have not been disclosed in the plan.
The site would be along Ocean Highway off of Lanvale Road, across from the Brunswick Forest Shopping Center. According to the plan, the total parcel area to be subdivided would be 47.46 acres.
