On Monday, the New York Post reported that Charania, 30, has decided to leave Stadium after six years with the outlet.
Charania hosted Stadium’s weekly show ‘Inside the Association’ and regularly appeared on its daily show ‘The Rally’.
More importantly, Charania starred on multiple shows around the NBA draft and free agency, which drew spectacular numbers across social media platforms.
State Farm and AT&T were among the sponsors for the content Charania did for Stadium.

The Chicago native’s career began while covering the Bulls for ChicagoNow. He then began writing for RealGM before joining Yahoo Sports, where he broke high-profile signings in the summer of 2016.
Charania reported Dwight Howard’s move to the Atlanta Hawks, DeMar DeRozan’s re-signing with the Toronto Raptors, Luol Deng’s singing with the Los Angeles Lakers, and Jamal Crawford’s signing with the LA Clippers.

On August 14, 2018, Charania announced via X (Twitter) that he would leave Yahoo for The Athletic and Stadium.
Along with his departure from Stadium and uncertain future with The Athletic, the NBA is plotting a new rights deal with Amazon Prime Video and return to NBC after over 20 years away.
Both platforms will look to stack rosters of NBA talents in the coming months for studio programming and other ancillary content.
