World No. 1 Jannik Sinner has already touched down in Montreal, Canada for the first-major warm up for this month’s US Open. The Italian, who has been struggling with injury and illness as late, returns to the Canadian Open as the defending champion.
Sinner will have to contest with the likes of Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev and Andrey Rublev.

World No. 2 Aryna Sabalenka returns to Toronto in search her top level ahead of the year’s final Major.
Sabalenka will be joined by Naomi Osaka, Bianca Andresscu and Coco Gauff.

The men’s and women’s draws will consist of a 56 player field.
