MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – The Tennessee Sports Hall of Fame announced five more members to its 2025 class Tuesday, and they’re all Memphis legends!

Memphis Tiger Stephen Gostkowski is heading to the Hall as one of the best, if not the best kicker, in Memphis Tigers history.

He finished with a school record of 369 points.

Gostkowski played 15 seasons in the NFL and 14 with the New England Patriots where he won three Super Bowls.

Memphis Tigers basketball legend Larry Kenon also going in. Kenon helped lead the Tigers to the 1973 NCAA National Championship game.

He went on to play in the ABA and NBA, becoming a multiple-time All-Star in each league.

Former Hamilton High star Priscilla Gary Sweeney is getting inducted as well. Sweeney was a track star at Hamiton before going to play basketball at Southwest Community College where she became the all-time leading scorer.

After balling at Southwest, she went on to ball at Kansas State, where she helped lead the Wildcats to the Elite Eight.

Former Melrose High star and Memphis Tiger legend Ronnie Robinson is also a part of this class.

Robinson was another star player on that 1973 Memphis Tigers team that made it to the NCAA Championship game.

Robinson was drafted into the NBA and ABA after finishing up his Tigers career.

Legendary Germantown High and Bartlett High baseball coach Phillip Clark getting inducted as well. Clark led Germantown and Bartlett to 973 wins combined and five state championships.

In 1985, he won the National High School Baseball Championship after leading Germantown to a perfect 38 and 0 record.

Clark recently passed away on January 19 at the age of 68.

The induction ceremony will take place Saturday, July 19, in Nashville.
