LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The City of North Las Vegas recently celebrated opening a new distribution center.
Moen, one of the leading companies in faucets and fixtures opens its new 680,314-square-foot facility near the city’s Northern I-15 Industrial Corridor.
The facility will serve as a hub for Moen’s water-conserving technology and create many local job opportunities.
Mayor of North Las Vegas Pamela Goynes-Brown says,“The opening of this new distribution center is yet another step in North Las Vegas’ ongoing economic transformation,” and this facility not only enhances our economic diversity but also creates quality jobs for our residents, solidifying North Las Vegas as a premier destination for business and development in Southern Nevada.”
North Las Vegas has become a strategic location for businesses looking to expand there.

The North Las Vegas facility will distribute Moen’s Flo Smart Water Monitor and automatic shut-off along with an AI-powered leak detection tool.
