Week 16 in the NFL ends with a Monday Night Football matchup that seems pretty lopsided as the 5-9 New Orleans Saints hit the road to take on the 10-4 Green Bay Packers.
That being said, the Packers have something to play for as a win clinches a playoff berth and helps them fend off the 10-5 Washington Commanders for the NFC’s second Wild Card spot/sixth-seed. So, rookie quarterback Spencer Rattler and the Saints will be looking to play spoiler tonight.

I have a personal rule where I never take a favorite over 10 points in the NFL, so I’ll take the points here. Plus, it’s going to be freezing cold which could mean the scoring is down (hence the under) and the Saints have been a scrappy team ever since Darren Rizzi took over as interim head coach, winning three out of their last five games. The two losses were by a total of eight points, too. I still think the Packers get the job done but, to quote Lee Corso, “closer than the experts think.”
For the injury report, the Saints have ruled quarterback Derek Carr (left hand), running back Alvin Kamara (groin), wide receiver Bub Means (ankle) and wide receiver Chris Olave (head) out. Meanwhile, the Packers will be without safety Javon Bullard (ankle) and linebacker Quay Walker (ankle).
