Mizuho raised its price target on Robinhood Markets (HOOD) from $60 to $65, while analysts maintained their Outperform rating on the stock. The Mizuho team cited its own survey results that gauged investor interest in also using the platform for sports betting.
Although Robinhood had initial plans to launch sports betting contracts for the Super Bowl, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) said Tuesday it has formally requested that Robinhood “not permit customers to access” sports event contracts.
