Wentzel Gets Ace at Golf Club of West Virginia
Rick “Mad Dog” Wentzel made his second career hole-in-one on Saturday, Oct. 5 on the 18th hole at the Golf Club of West Virginia during the Parkersburg South Girls Basketball Annual Golf Scramble. Using a 9-iron, the shot also earned Wentzel the Closest to the Pin award on the hole with an $80 payout. Witnesses were Ron Eakins, Cody Eakins and Frank Criss.
