ROCHESTER, Mich. – Oakland Men’s Golf are back on the road in Ohio to compete in the Tom Tontimonia Invitational hosted by Cleveland State University.
The three-day tournament will kick off with a pair of rounds on Monday, September 30, and conclude with the last 18 on Tuesday, October 1, at the Pine Hills Golf Club located in Hinckley, Ohio. The course is par 72 and 6,572-yards. Monday will begin with a 9:00 a.m. shotgun start and Tuesday starts at 9:30 a.m.
The Golden Grizzlies will face off against Cleveland State, Chicago State, IU Indy, NKU, Saint Francis, Walsh and Youngstown State.
Last year the Golden Grizzlies finished 7th out of 15 teams at the Tom Tontimonia Invitational. Following a strong finish at the Golden Grizzlies Invitational earlier this season, Robert Burns, Bhavneet Sohal, Edward Rowe, Brennan Sullivan, and Ben Willis all look to continue their success in Ohio.
The team will consist of Robert Burns, Jack Zubkus, Luke Kelly, Edward Rowe, and Bhavneet Sohal. Ben Willis, Brennan Sullivan, Ellis Kinnaird, Matteo Rocco, and Peter Roehl will compete as individuals.
