MOUNT UPDATE

Mount St. Mary’s men’s golf welcomed two newcomers to the team over the offseason. The team consists of two freshmen (Shane Cole & Daniel Shelley), one redshirt freshman (Felix Lin), five sophomores (Santiago Bonequi, Fisher Coleman-Sayer, Martin Hurtado, Tyler Kimble & Christian Molina), one junior (Nathan Pheng), and two seniors (Devin Smith & Aaron Sorkin).

Among the top returners include Devin Smith and Aaron Sorkin. Smith ended last season by placing eighth overall in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference finals, finishing one stroke under par while helping the team finish fifth. Sorkin tied for the team low round, achieving a score of 67 during the Carpetbagger Classic, which helped the Mount win the event.
