LAHAINA, Hawaii – North Florida men’s golf continue to impress across the country remaining among the top three squads in the 21-team field at 25-under at the Ka’anapali Classic Collegiate hosted by Hawaii on Sunday afternoon.

The Ospreys continues to be led by Filippo Serra, who repeated back-to-back scores in the 60s with a 2-under 69 score in the second round. Jason Duff had the best score of any UNF player on day two with a 3-under 68 mark to join Serra with consecutive scores of 60s.

ROUND REFLECTIONS

• Serra repeated his six-birdie mark for a second straight round to go into the final day of play in the top 10 at 8-under 134.
• Duff improved his score from the opening round with four birdies and an eagle to be 5-under combined in the top 25.
• Five birdies from Danny Erickson pushed his standing up the leaderboard tied for 18th overall at 6-under.
• Much like Duff, Brett Schell improved his score in the second round with six birdies and an eagle for 1-under 70 on the day.
• Chase Carroll turned in three birdies for the Ospreys to complete the second round at a combined even-par mark.
• UNF had every player birdie the third hole on their way to 24 birdies and two eagles in the second round.
• The Ospreys now have three eagles on the weekend, all scored by a different player.
