The center, which is anchored by Super Target and Lowe’s Home Improvement, was acquired from developer Weber & Company, a news release states. The shopping center is 98.2% occupied, and features other business and restaurants including:
The release also noted that a freestanding 12,000-square-foot space in the McKinney shopping center, currently occupied by Party City, will be available for a new tenant due to the company’s recently announced bankruptcy filing.
