THOMASVILLE- The Marguerite Neel Williams Boys & Girls Club’s annual Glow Golf Tournament, held Saturday at Country Oaks Golf Course was a resounding success. The event brought together golf enthusiasts, community members, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of glow-in-the-dark fun and friendly competition.
MNWBGC thanks their sponsors, participants, and volunteers who made the event possible.
“Your support and enthusiasm were instrumental in creating a memorable experience that will have a lasting impact on the youth programs at MNWBGC,” said Marketing Director Tiffany Davis.
Winners of the event included Harper’s Seafood, Synovus Bank, and Allgood Screenprinting & Embroidery These teams showcased exceptional skill and sportsmanship, earning them top honors in this year’s tournament.
Synovus Bank was the 1st place gross winners. The team consisted of George Rhodes, Brad Johnson, Harrison Johnson, and Sam Surratt.
Harper’s Seafood was the 1st place net winners. The team consisted of Morgan Murphy, Braxton Hall, Clayton Slater, and Chris Johnson.
Daniel Lasseter, Trey Higginbothan, Henry Yant, and Preston Nix of Allgood Screenprinting & Embroidery was the 2nd place net winners.
The Glow Golf Tournament not only highlighted the talents of participants but also served as a vital fundraiser to support the programs and services offered by MNWBGC. The funds raised will go directly toward empowering the community’s youth by providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to succeed.
“We are proud to have hosted an event that emphasizes community spirit, camaraderie, and the joy of giving back,” said Davis. “It is through events like these and the generosity of our sponsors and participants that we can continue to make a positive difference in the lives of the young people we serve.”
Davis thanked everyone who joined the Club for an evening of glowing golf and good times.
