WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) – A Massena man faces a bunch of charges after a scuffle with a police officer in Watertown.
City police say it happened on July 28 at the Thompson Park Golf Course.
They allege 56-year-old Joseph Carbone fought with the officer, leaving the officer with minor injuries.
He also allegedly tried to grab the officer’s taser and gun, tried to break a window of the officer’s patrol car by pounding it with a skateboard, and tried to steal the vehicle.
Carbone was arraigned on the following charges:
He’s being held in the Jefferson County Jail on $10,000 bail.
