Louisville women’s basketball will have a week between facing ranked opponents on the road, starting with No. 21 Florida State today.
The Cardinals are coming off back-to-back wins over ACC newcomers California, ranked 21st when they played, and Stanford. The Seminoles had their six-game winning streak end after their first home loss of the season (to No. 11 N.C. State, 97-74). U of L has been a strong road team, going 8-2 in true road games this season.
Louisville has won the last three meetings against Florida State and can tie the all-time series at 19 games apiece if that streak continues tonight.
