MADISON — Raegan Cowan scored all three goals as Madison defeated Richmond 3-2 in girls soccer action Wednesday.
Allison Tuscan was in goal for Madison (11-0).
Breonna Dufresne and Sam Leathers scored for Richmond (4-3-1), and Autumn Lang was in goal.
OAK HILL 3, LISBON 0: Seniors played big roles in the Raiders’ home win in Wales.
Seniors Delia Custer, Carlee Austin and Kendall Theriault scored Oak Hill’s (3-6-1) goals. Sophomores Audrey Custer and Tayen Smith had assists.
Raiders senior goalie Mackenzie Vattaso made six saves. Lisbon’s (1-9-1) Victoria Babbin stopped 13 shots.
BOYS SOCCER
RICHMOND 4, OAK HILL 1: Ben Fournier scored all four of his team’s goals as the Bobcats won in Richmond.
Gavin Grover, Kenny Mecham and Jake Gay assisted on Fournier’s goals. Dave Edwards made seven saves in goal for Richmond (7-1).
Drew Hatala scored for Oak Hill (4-7) and keeper Wyatt Blier made five saves.
MONMOUTH 5, WINTHROP 1: Freshmen Bryce Fletcher and Zane Foyt netted two goals apiece for the Mustangs in their win over their rival in Winthrop.
Bingham Abbott scored Monmouth’s (10-2) other goal, while Kyle Blasius had three assists.
Connor Hachey scored for Winthrop (3-5-2) off an assist by Isaac Breau.
FIELD HOCKEY
MESSALONSKEE 2, BRUNSWICK 0: A pair of second-period goals gave the Eagles the win in Oakland.
Addie Hafford scored on a pass from Alexa Caccamo, and teammate Sophia Ventimiglia scored on a rebound following a corner.
Goalies Adriana Pettengill and Baylee Dillon combined for the shutout for Messalonskee (7-3); Dillon made one save.
Brunswick fell to 2-7-2.
