The Gold Canyon business community welcomes Coach Kristin Caufield, a fitness professional who trains movement patterns versus muscle.
She applies her specialization to relieve the aches, pains, stress and strain of everyday activities.
She founded Rebalance Functional Fitness specifically to help adults and seniors regain and retain flexibility, mobility, cardio, muscle strength, balance and coordination. Her techniques include functional exercises, assisted stretch and percussion massage.
Best of all, Caufield brings her life-enhancing solutions to you. If you’re tired of crowded fitness centers and intimidating instructors, she will design and conduct a personal training routine in the privacy of your home. Or you may choose to join her small group classes held at the Gold Canyon Community Center, 6021 S. Kings Ranch Road No. 5 in Gold Canyon.
Classes focus on mobility, flexibility, balance, body-awareness, strength, power and cardio. Online and hybrid training is also available, useful to winter residents when they return home and want to keep training.
With advanced degrees in psychology and design, Caufield also offers paint parties held at the Gold Canyon Community Center for stress relief, and nutritional coaching using change psychology techniques for a healthier lifestyle.
“I live in Gold Canyon. I interned here as an exercise specialist at Moore Physical Therapy, and now I’m eager to help my friends and neighbors move better in whatever life activities they pursue,” Caufield said.
