“I want everyone to perform like a better human being,” Jesse La Forgia said. “We can do so much with our bodies, and I don’t want to be limited by basic training. I want to show people that we can train like athletes.”

“We had a mom come in. She hadn’t worked out in years and was very limited in her mobility and her strength,” co-owner Lisa La Forgia said. “She never gave up. She kept coming, and she got stronger. She felt more confident, and that’s what we want to see.”

“I work hands-on with everyone,” Jesse La Forgia said. “We have such a great mix of experienced members who have been training for a while and a lot of newbies. So even in a class of 10 to 20 people, I get to spend most of my time with the newbies. I can give them personal training while still correcting and challenging the experienced members.”
