Marking a milestone

A golf tournament will kick off the festivities at 11 a.m. on Nov. 22 with a shotgun start. From 4-8 p.m., activities will include:

• A cornhole competition
• A raffle with tickets that can be earned throughout the event
• Inflatables
• Face painting
• Food and drink specials offered by Little Meadow Kitchen & Cocktails
• Music and games with DJ Cara
• A virtual golf simulator featuring skill practice and arcade games

Jersey Meadow Golf Club’s new clubhouse officially opened in April after about nine months of construction, as previously reported by Community Impact. Deliberation and planning for the project started in 2017 when council first authorized a renovation study for the existing clubhouse.
