Jennifer Aniston’s fitness regime is better than the government’s advice on exercise for menopausal women, and is “effective at improving strength and balance”, a study has found.
Pvolve, an at-home low-impact resistance exercise programme favoured by the Friends star, was found to improve lower body strength and hip function about 20 per cent more than a regular exercise programme.
Lower body flexibility was also found to improve by 21 per cent more over the 12-week exercise programme than for women undertaking a standard programme.
