The International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) today confirms that French tennis player Quentin Folliot has been provisionally suspended, pending the full consideration of Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP) charges.
Since 17 May 2024, Folliot, who reached a career-high world singles ranking of 488 in August 2022, has been prohibited from playing in, coaching at, or attending any tennis event authorised or sanctioned by the members of the ITIA (ATP, ITF, WTA, Tennis Australia, Fédération Française de Tennis, Wimbledon and USTA) or any national association.
Folliot appealed the provisional suspension on 17 June 2024. An appeal hearing before independent Anti-Corruption Hearing Officer (AHO) Philippe Cavalieros was held remotely on 9 July 2024. On 11 July 2024, AHO Cavalieros dismissed Folliot’s appeal – upholding the appeal under sections F.3.b.i.2 (delay or obstruction of compliance with a Demand) and F.3.b.i.4 (likelihood of a Major Offense) of the TACP.
The ITIA is an independent body established by its tennis members to promote, encourage, enhance, and safeguard the integrity of professional tennis worldwide.

Notes for editors:
Section F.3.b.i.2 of the TACP states that: the Covered Person has delayed or obstructed, without reasonable justification, compliance with a Demand or purported to comply with a Demand through the provision of any object or information that has been tampered with, damaged, disabled or otherwise altered from its original state.
Section F.3.b.i.4 of the TACP states that: There is a likelihood that the Covered Person has committed a Major Offense and in the absence of a Provisional Suspension, the integrity of tennis would be undermined and the harm resulting from the absence of a Provisional Suspension outweighs the Hardship of the Provisional Suspension on the Covered Person.
