IOWA CITY – Iowa basketball will be without Owen Freeman on Monday night against New Hampshire.
Freeman was listed as “out” on the pregame availability report. Freeman was in street clothes during pregame warmups.
Freeman, last season’s Big Ten Conference Co-Freshman of the Year, missed one game earlier in the non-conference against South Dakota with an illness.
Freeman leads the Hawkeyes at 17.1 points and 6.5 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game.
Iowa’s next game is at Wisconsin on Friday. The Hawkeyes entered Monday with a 9-4 overall record (1-1 in the Big Ten). The Badgers are 10-3 overall, 0-2 in the Big Ten.
