Playboy Club model Phoebe Wintle sure does get around — in her former life as a flight attendant, the British-born barnstormer managed to visit nearly every corner of the world.
Over time, the voluptuous voyager has not only become a pro traveler — “I just always make sure I’m wearing nice fluffy socks,” she said of her inflight comfort regimen — but an authority on where to go (“For amazing street food, I would recommend Kuala Lumpur!”) as well, Playboy.com reported.
With 195 countries to choose from, it can be hard to narrow things down, but if you’re looking to see some of the most fun places on the planet, according to someone who’s lived it up in more hotspots than most ever will dream of, Wintle’s chosen five faves that she’d return to again and again.
Her first pick hits close to home for many — it’s Florida, which the English rose refers to as “my favorite place in the world.” Specifically, she’s head over heels for Orlando, which she first started visiting as a child.
“My family lives in Florida and I’ve always wanted to move to that state. I’m a massive adrenaline junkie, so I love going to theme parks and water parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, and just always having something to do,” she explained.
Next up and nearby, it’s The Bahamas, for gorgeous beaches and clear, blue water.
“I spent everyday in that water snorkeling or paddle boarding where you can see all the tropical fish. And I felt safe – I get scared about sharks a lot in places,” she told the outlet.
Halfway around the world, she’s also wild about Singapore, which she says has “everything!” — including some particularly stunning seafront.
“The culture and food was amazing, and it’s a big modern city,” she says. “Plus, they have the most amazing beaches. If you ever go there, make sure to visit Sentosa Island and the Gardens by the Bay!”
She’s also left a piece of her heart in Ibiza, the famed Mediterranean party isle off the coast of Spain — calling it her “favorite summer destination” with her crew.
“You could go 50 times and every year you will still want to go back,” she said.
But there’s one spot Wintle liked enough, she wound up living there — Dubai. She prizes the glitzy global hotspot for its “activities, beach clubs, night clubs, events, and restaurants.”
The best time to visit, she said, is between October and May.
And she’s not done traveling yet — one place she hasn’t seen yet and would love to? America’s fiftieth state.
“I’ve wanted to go [to Hawaii] ever since I was a kid. It started after Lilo & Stitch, and then another film that is a favorite is Just Go With It with Adam Sandler and it just looks amazing there,” she said. “I’ve always dreamed of having a honeymoon there in the future when I find a man and get married.
