If you look at it historically, Thursday’s divisional match between the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks would look to be a lopsided battle. The 49ers have consecutively won the last five games between the two teams. But the standings this season tell a different story.
Seattle is atop the NFC West, even after its disappointing loss to the Giants last week. And it’s looking to right the ship. San Francisco, meanwhile, is trying to break a losing streak of its own, having dropped two of its last three games.
Bottom line: Both teams are hungry and ready for a fight—and that should make for one heck of a game. Here’s how to watch the matchup and what you can expect from Thursday night games tonight (and in the weeks to come).
