The La Porte Invitational kicks off the 2025 calendar year with a terrific slate of high school basketball.
Eleven of the top programs in the country will meet in La Porte, Indiana, for the tournament from Thursday, Jan. 9 to Saturday, Jan. 11. The event will feature more than 25 of ESPN’s top high school recruits.
La Lumiere is one of the high school teams featured in the tournament as the local Indiana program continues to be a powerhouse in high school hoops. Darius Adams (UConn), Jalen Haralson (Notre Dame) and Chuck Love (Loyola-Chicago) are all seniors committed to Division I programs.
Kiyan Anthony will be a popular player to watch as Long Island Lutheran takes part in the fourth year of the La Porte Invitational. Anthony, the son of Carmelo Anthony, is the 36th-ranked prospect and a four-star recruit in ESPN’s database.

The La Porte Invitational will feature one game on ESPNU: Sunrise Christian Academy vs. La Lumiere School. The rest of the contests will be available via live streaming.

ESPN+ will have live streams of all the games on Thursday and Friday.

The La Porte Invitational begins on Thursday, Jan. 9 and will end on Saturday, Jan. 11. All games will take place at the La Porte Civic Auditorium in La Porte, Indiana.
