The Nuggets scored a big 134-119 win over the Detroit Pistons on Friday night, snapping Detroit’s eight-game win streak behind Jamal Murray’s game-high 31 points and Jokic’s triple-double with 23 points, 17 rebounds and 15 assists. That win also helped right the ship for Denver after losses in two of its previous three games.

The Celtics enter the Sunday matchup with Denver having lost back-to-back matchups to the Cleveland Cavaliers (123-116) and Detroit Pistons (117-97). The defending NBA champions are currently second-best in the Eastern Conference behind the Cavaliers, and they get a shot to deliver a big W for their home fans as 3.5-point favorites over the Nuggets.
