The Los Angeles Rams and Detroit Lions will finish off NFL’s first Sunday of the 2024 season with an 8:20 p.m. kickoff at Ford Field on Sept. 8.
This prime-time opener features two NFC sides that faced off in last year’s postseason, and yielded the Lions’ first playoff win in three decades.
Even though the season does not begin for another couple of weeks, only limited tickets remain for this first game in Detroit.

In terms of the Rams, revenge will be on their mind. While quarterback Matthew Stafford returns to run the offense, can Los Angeles handle the loss of All-Pro defensive lineman Aaron Donald to retirement? The Rams added numerous pieces at the 2024 NFL draft and in free agency to bolster that side of the ball in hopes of doing so.
On the flip side, the Lions are still riding high from their 2023 successes spearheaded by head coach Dan Campbell. In classic Campbell fashion, Detroit has added to the trenches on both sides of the ball this offseason in an effort to keep the momentum going.
Will the Rams or Lions take this Week 1 battle between two teams that want to start off on the right foot? Tickets for this contest start as low as $225.
