Race 4 – Trifecta 1,6 with 1,3,5,6,7,8,9 with 1,3,5,6,7,8,9,10
Possibly the most interesting betting race of the day is Race 4.
The model projects Robot Knight (no 6) and Golden Long (no 1) have dominant speed in this 1200-meter sprint on the dirt.
Six of the remaining 12 starters are projected to have speed competitive for the minor placings and historically this race configuration is fair across all post positions.
The wild card here is Dragon Air Force (no 7) who has not shown much in four starts on the turf but is getting a surface switch and a major jockey upgrade with Zac Purton aboard.
