SEARCY, Ark. – The Harding University women’s golf team has broken into the national top 35, ranking 33rd in the first Scoreboard powered by Clippd NCAA Division II rankings.
The Lady Bisons boast an impressive 42-6-0 record through three events and average 19.07 points per tournament. Harding’s highest point total of 27.01 came as the Lady Bisons placed second at the Grace Shin Regional Preview earlier this month.
Individually, Sarah Kmiecik leads the way for Harding, ranking 127th nationally and 13th in the Central Region. Pilar Martinez (#148) and Sydney Kincade (#188) also cracked the top 200. Kmiecik has two top-10 finishes in Harding’s first three tournaments.
In the Central Region rankings, Harding sits fourth behind Central Missouri (No. 15 nationally), Rogers State, and Henderson State.
The Lady Bisons play their final tournament of the fall semester on Oct. 28-29 at the Tulsa Cup, hosted by Rogers State at The Club at Forest Ridge in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
