SAN ANTONIO – Twelve very lucky children got the chance to fill their baskets for kids in need.
A race to get the most toys in their basket in just 90 seconds.
You’re looking at one of the 12 toy shopping sprees that H-E-B hosted on Tuesday.
All toys will go to 12 local nonprofit organizations that serve children.
One child involved with each nonprofit took part in the shopping spree.
“It really is a great experience, not only for our partners but for the child,” Monica Garza from H-E-B said. “Here at this location, we have a young man named Triston who has had a tough time over the last few years. this gives him an opportunity to really share his story and give back to the organization that he cares really deeply about.
