SYRACUSE, N.Y. — If you’re planning on heading out for some holiday gift shopping on Sunday the roads will be dry and visibility will be good during the morning, midday and afternoon.

Sunday evening close to dinner time is when conditions will change somewhat.

The latest setup in the atmosphere is a low pressure system and it’s associated warm front to our south and west. This warm front is going to cause our winds to become more southerly. This will bring some 40s and 50s back to CNY over the next two to four days:
