A development company that includes Tiger Woods, is planning a 914-acre development in Parker County centered around a golf course.
The project’s name is Bluejack Ranch. It comes from Lantern Asset Management, which has partnered with Tiger Woods and his TGR Design group to design the course. Developers are saying it will be similar in concept to the Bluejack National private golf community, which the same group built north of Houston and opened in 2014.
The golf course is expected to open in early 2026. Along with the golf course, practice facilities, a lighted 10-hole par-3 course and clubhouse, there will be about 600 homes and other amenities, such as a family entertainment area, a spa and a wellness area.
There will also be a working dude ranch with horses, longhorns, donkeys and other animals.
