Fredrik Eklund’s hard-work mentality isn’t confined to his career.
As he continues to make waves in the real estate market, the Million Dollar Listing New York and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum has spent the past several months upping his fitness regimen. And there’s no doubt his dedication paid off. Fredrik further proved this on Monday, February 24, when he gave fans another update on his physique transformation.
“After 14 hours of work: finished gym,” he captioned a shirtless mirror selfie. “I’m in a new phase of discipline, we’ll see how long it will last… and I’m still wearing the pants.”
Fredrik shared the progress report shortly after he hit another fitness milestone. On February 24, the father of two posted a photo of a Rice Lake Healthweigh scale with 202 pounds displayed on the screen.
“Finally got over 200 pounds of muscle,” he wrote in the Story.
The Swedish native began documenting his fitness journey in late 2024, sharing his “mini-steps” to get back in shape.
“Another beach run,” he captioned a photo.
Fans got another look at Fredrik’s physical changes in a December Instagram post in which he declared his success.
“Finally back in shape,” he wrote over the shirtless snap. “Calm down, it’s just Instagram.”
While he’s clearly unafraid of hard work, Fredrik understands the importance of work-life balance. Earlier this month, the Bravoleb — who shares twins, Milla and Freddy, with husband, Derek Kaplan — gave fans an inside look at his family’s getaway to Doha, Qatar. He posted a video of the family’s camel-riding excursion, delicious-looking meals, trip to the museum, and more.
“I didn’t realize until this trip how family friendly Doha is,” Fredrik said in a February 17 Instagram Reel. “You know, there’s so much to see and do, museums, and water parks, and amusement parks, and I’m so used to the crowds and the lines in the U.S. Anytime you do anything kids-related here, it’s not like that at all. The food is unbelievable and I have to say the kids had an amazing time…I’m all about opening their eyes to new cultures.”
Fredrik, who is primarily based in Miami, is now putting the finishing touches on his Greenwich Village apartment, which he purchased in 2024. Click here to get a little peek at the unit’s colorful interior.
