FORT WORTH, Texas (KWTX) – Fort Worth police officers are asking for help identifying a suspect who stole credit cards from a hospital before going shopping, a post on the Forth Worth Police Department X account claims.
According to their statement, an unidentified man went into a break room at the John Peter Smith hospital and stole credit cards from the victim’s wallet.
After stealing the cards, the suspect then allegedly went to several local stores to shop with the stolen cards.
The suspect is described to be a 6′ light skinned black man between the ages of 25 and 35 years old. He is bald-headed and has a beard, and is also described as having tattoos on both forearms.
According to store employees, the suspect was accompanied by a black woman riding a motorized scooter.
The Fort Worth Police Department is asking those with any information regarding the identity of the suspect to contact (817)392-3906.
