I would say as an observer, he [Alexander Isak] is a better player now. I think he’s got more about him. He’s playing with the confidence. He’s so mobile, 25 goals last season which was the most he’s scored for any of his teams in a season that was in all competitions.
This season now, that’s 15 and I wondered last season ‘is he a player capable of scoring 30+ goals in a season?’. Looking at him tonight, he does look like a player capable of doing that and also you have to throw a bit of credit Eddie Howe’s way.
We talk about good managers being able to improve players and make them better and to my eye, he is getting better under Eddie Howe.
