The non-profit organization Fit To The Core Inc. (FTC), is holding a Fun Fitness Family Day on Saturday, October 5, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm at Karl E. Clark Park (313 Market Place, Menlo Park).
This free event is designed for all ages and fitness levels, offering families a way to come together and enjoy healthy activities in the great outdoors. Fun Fitness Family Day will feature a variety of engaging fitness sessions, games, and a taste of wellness through nutritious snacks.

The event is free, and all are welcome. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring an exercise/yoga mat, a water bottle, and be ready for a day of movement and fun!
