However, Federal Reserve officials are scheduled to speak, with insights expected on the 2025 rate cut trajectory from Philadelphia Fed president Patrick Harker, Boston Fed president Susan Collins, and Richmond Fed president Tom Barkin.
December’s jobs report will be released Friday, with economists expecting non-farm payrolls to rise by 165,000 new jobs, while the unemployment rate is projected to hold at 4.2%. Investors will also receive quarterly earnings results from Delta Air Lines (DAL), Tilray Brands (TLRY), and Constellation Brands (STZ).
