Welcome to Week 18 of the fantasy football season! If you’re here, you’ve probably got a championship to win, eh? You’ve made it this far, but fret not, we’re here to help you across the finish line.
The NFL scheduling overlords worked their magic at the completion of Week 17’s game slate, offering up two days of (mostly) delightfully competitive professional football and a whole slew of very confusing start/sit decisions ripe for the making with so many key assets either sitting out due to injury or resting for the playoffs.
(Hint: that’s why we at Yahoo Fantasy recommend a Week 17 fantasy championship, but we’ll save that discussion for a later date in the offseason).
The good news? Though you might be without a few of the stars who got you to the championship in the first place, there’s at least one matchup between two extremely fantasy-relevant teams with just about everything on the line — Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions. With the No. 1 seed (and a first-round bye) on the line, that means your fantasy stars like Justin Jefferson, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jahmyr Gibbs and others all have the incentive to play!
If you’re looking for more start/sit outside the obvious, our team’s here to help with their Week 18 fantasy football rankings for half-PPR scoring league formats:
