Approaching the 2024 NFL season, there was a lot of conjecture about the departure of Stefon Diggs and how it would affect not just the Buffalo Bills offense but also Josh Allen’s prospects as a top fantasy quarterback. As it turns out, Allen is impervious to the loss of his top weapon, and he can make it work with a patchwork quilt of playmakers, including newcomer Amari Cooper, rookie Keon Coleman (when healthy), Dalton Kincaid (again, when healthy) and slot star Khalil Shakir.
Not a single receiver in Buffalo has more than 85 targets this year, nor has anyone exceeded Shakir’s team-best 735 receiving yards … but still, Allen Is tied to lead the league with 32 offensive touchdowns and ranked sixth in offensive yards (3,449) as fantasy’s QB2 only behind Lamar Jackson.
