The Exeter Monarchs enjoyed an outstanding 2024 Tri-County Conference Sequoia championship high school football season.
That’s why the Monarchs highlighted this past season’s All-Tri-County Conference Sequoia postseason awards.
Exeter captured its third straight Tri-County Conference title, capping off its 2024 season with an outright league crown and a perfect 4-0 league record.
Monarchs senior quarterback Jacob Molina was named the 2024 Tri-County Conference Sequoia’s Most Valuable Player. In four league games, Molina passed for 597 yards and eight touchdowns against only one interception. He also rushed 177 yards and two touchdowns.
Molina’s favorite target, junior receiver Owen Robertson, was selected as the conference’s Offensive Player of the Year. Robertson finished with 18 receptions for 225 yards receiving and six touchdowns in four league contests.
In his first year as the Exeter head coach, Ruben Ruiz was voted by his peers as the Tri-County Conference Sequoia Coach of the Year.

The Cavaliers captured a piece of the 2024 Tri-County Conference Kings Canyon championship, sharing the league title with Kerman and Kingsburg. All three teams went 3-1 during conference play.
