The NFL has officially set the 2025 salary cap at $279.2 million, which is up roughly $24 million from the 2024 season and another record-high.
This comes after the league said the cap would fall between $277.5 million and $281.5 million. The big increase not only benefits all 32 NFL clubs, but it’ll benefit players at premium positions, as teams will have even more money available to sign players to lucrative long-term extensions.
