CAIRO – 29 August 2024: Egyptian Ambassador to Doha Amr El Sherbini met earlier this week with Acting Director-General of the Qatar Fund for Development Sultan Bin Ahmed El Esseiri to exchange views on handling developmental issues in the Middle East and Africa.
That is in the framework of bringing security and peace, and providing support and humanitarian aid to those in need. In that context, Ambassador Sherbini displayed the developmental initiatives of the Egyptian government, activities of the Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development and the Cairo International Center for Conflict Resolution, Peacekeeping and Peacebuilding.
The meeting similarly tackled the future and pathways of collaboration between the Qatari fund and Egyptian entities concerned with development and technical aspects.
