Located at 15737 N Beach Rd, Effingham, IL, Cardinal Golf Course offers an 18-hole public course bordering Lake Sara, providing golfers with scenic views and a challenging layout.
Established in 1967, the course features 5,899 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. Amenities include a driving range, putting green, and an on-site clubhouse.
