The 73-year-old socialite was discovered at around 12.40pm on 14th July following a 911 call reporting a person, believed to be Ms Trump, in cardiac arrest.

Despite a statement from the family and a post on Truth Social by the former president, they did not reveal the cause of her death.

However, a spokesperson for the New York Police Department confirmed later that Ivana Trump was found deceased on the interior staircase of her apartment under circumstances that were not suspicious.

Paola Alavian, proprietor of Altesi Restaurant, shared with The Sun his encounters with Ivana, stating she seemed “Her health seemed normal, she looked maybe a little bit tired, but she otherwise seemed okay” and noted she consumed “a very, very small amount of food” during her last visit. Alavian conveyed astonishment at her abrupt passing.

The New York Fire Department affirmed that paramedics responded to a call about a cardiac arrest at her residence. “Our mother was an incredible woman – a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and caring mother and friend,” the Trumps memorialized.

Their words continued with veneration: “Ivana Trump was a survivor. She fled from communism and embraced this country. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion and determination.”

It was subsequently verified that Ivana Trump lost her life due to traumatic blunt force injuries to her torso stemming from an unintended tumble.

An official with the New York City office of Chief Medical Examiner clarified that Trump’s first ex-wife seemingly suffered an accidental fall and was discovered at the bottom of her residence’s staircase.

Last year, images resurfaced, reigniting anger over the state of Donald Trump‘s late wife Ivana Trump’s grave at his 506-acre golf resort.

Ivana tragically passed away in July 2022 after falling down stairs at her Manhattan home and was buried at Trump National Golf Course in Bedminster, New Jersey.

In August 2023, photos showing her final resting place at age 73, engulfed by overgrown vegetation and tall grasses, circulated anew on social media.

The original pictures appeared in a Daily Mail article on August 12, revealing “Ivana Trump’s cordoned-off grave” as “barely visible in a completely overgrown area of the course.”

Ivana, mother to Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka, was interred in a family plot near the first hole on July 28, 2022, with later images suggesting the same lack of upkeep.

The Mail cited an unnamed “Trump official” who suggested that the current headstone is temporary, stating “the soil and foundation needed time to fully set, at which time a larger headstone will be used.”

The true condition of Ivana Trump’s grave site remains unclear.

In stark contrast, President Joe Biden is known to frequently visit the grave of his first wife Neilia at St. Joseph in the Brandywine Roman Catholic Church in Delaware.

Neilia and their 13-month-old daughter Naomi tragically died in a car crash over Christmas in 1972, leaving their young sons Beau and Hunter, then aged 3 and 2, seriously injured.

Both Naomi and Biden’s son Beau, who passed away from brain cancer in 2015 at age 46, are buried in the same cemetery.

During a touching visit in December 2021, Biden, accompanied by his family, was seen walking the church grounds and spending time at the graves of his loved ones.
