Kai Cenat has exploded in popularity. The 23-year-old streamer is the fourth-most followed Twitch streamer with 16.2 million. He is the most-subscribed to Twitch account as of January 2025.
Cenat streams himself playing video games, but also his interactions with celebrities that have joined him like Kevin Hart and John Cena. He has become involved in other avenues as well. There was a tease that he would be entering the 2025 Royal Rumble with the WWE, but he didn’t.
Cenat will be playing in the 2025 NBA Celebrity All-Star game on Friday, Feb. 14, and it will be his second time participating in the event. Here is more on Cenat’s history and involvement with the game of basketball.

Sort of. Cenat isn’t a professional basketball player in the NBA or independent league. There isn’t even a record of his playing basketball in high school or college. He plays recreationally with friends or as part of the Little Basketball Association (LBA).
Cenat is full of creative ideas. He came up with a fictional basketball league that was geared toward kids and then himself. Cenat held a LBA draft where he was selected by the New York Sky. The games were held over a weekend, and there were four total. Cenat ended up winning the championship and retired from “professional” basketball.

Although he claims to be taller, Cenat stands 5-foot-3 or 5-foot-4. He is either on the taller end of 5-foot-3 or shorter end of 5-foot-4. Cenat claimed that his official ID says that he is 5-7, but he measured himself on stream twice, and once he was 5-foot-3 and another time he claimed he was 5-foot-4.
